Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – Blue Collar Hiring
Locations: Sanand (Gujarat), Lucknow, Pantnagar (Uttarakhand)

Role Overview:
Support HR Operations by managing end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for manufacturing plant requirements. Focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle blue-collar hiring (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding)
Build talent pipelines through field hiring and institute partnerships (e.g., ITIs)
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to close roles efficiently
Track and manage open requisitions with strong attention to timelines
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

Proven experience in blue-collar hiring
Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes
Willingness to travel for field hiring activities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience hiring NAPS/NATS or contract workforce is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and SAP
