About the Role

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections professional to manage collections for US clients. The role involves reviewing aging reports, conducting collection calls, following up on outstanding invoices, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring timely recovery of payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections for US clients
Hands-on experience with international collection calling
Experience reviewing AR aging reports and managing overdue accounts
Strong English communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent
Good understanding of billing disputes, payment follow-ups, and cash application support
Strong negotiation, documentation, and client management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
