Cargo Operations Specialist - Domain & Semi-Technical Consultant
Grade: BPO5/6
Salary: 16 - 20 LPA
Location: Preferably Mumbai or Pan India
Experience: 10-20 years
Job Overview:
-In depth knowledge of end-to-end Airline Cargo Operation processes. Hands on experience in working of cargo management platforms (iCargo, CHAMP, Skychain, SmartKargo etc.) with detailed knowledge of various operational modules viz Customer Management, Stock
-Management, Revenue Management, Export & Import Management, EDI message, API integration.
-Resolve escalations and exceptions during cargo operation process & be the go to person for any operational issues in the cargo supply chain.
-Delivery training and development sessions to build operational knowledge within the team.
-Lead, Motivate and manage operation teams with experience of managing large team.
-Providing onsite cargo consulting services (Operations Domain Consulting, Cargo Management system selection and implementation support)
-Supporting cargo RFP responses and designing appropriate solutions
-Creating new cargo offerings
-Lead customer communication during customer presentation.
**PAN and DOB is required to create employee profile in the database**
**At least 10 years experience in Cargo Operations Specialist - Domain & Semi-Technical Consultant is required**
**Graduation is compulsory**
