Hiring: Data Management Specialist (L2) – Bangalore | 1–5 Years | Up to ₹9 LPA
We are hiring Data Management Specialists for a leading global organization.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration.
Validate, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of customer data.
Handle high-volume data processing while meeting quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with support teams.
Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
Use automation and AI-enabled tools to optimize data management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy practices.
Hands-on experience with data management platforms or SaaS applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Experience in ticket-based support environments.
Eligibility:
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Willing to work from Bangalore.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
