Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7–10 Years
Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and team leadership. The role will be responsible for managing FP&A delivery, stakeholder relationships, SLAs/KPIs, and leading a team of financial analysts.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM, Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with the ability to convert complex financial data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
Manage preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and rolling forecasts.
Lead and develop a team of financial analysts and manage resource planning.
Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics for the FP&A function.
Partner with senior stakeholders, C-suite executives, and business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Develop and review financial models, variance analysis, and business performance reports.
Translate complex financial analysis into clear business narratives and executive-level presentations.
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across FP&A operations.
Manage and optimize the Oracle ERP/EPM ecosystem, including Hyperion, Cloud EPM, and Smart View.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely delivery of financial reports and analysis.
Support strategic planning and provide insights for business decision-making.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
CPA, CFA, or MBA will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or related areas.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in managing finance operations, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery.
