FP&A – Senior Lead
Location: Hyderabad

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Senior Lead with 9+ years of progressive corporate finance experience to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business intelligence operations.
The role will be responsible for transforming complex financial data into actionable business insights, leading a team of FP&A professionals, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within defined SLAs.
The successful candidate will also drive optimization and automation across the Oracle ERP / Oracle EPM ecosystem to build a more predictive and efficient finance function.
Key Responsibilities
1. FP&A Service Delivery & SLA Management
Lead end-to-end FP&A service delivery, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and management reporting.
Establish and monitor FP&A KPIs such as forecast accuracy, reporting turnaround time, and ad-hoc analysis cycle time.
Standardize financial reporting frameworks across business units.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Manage team capacity, business-unit coverage, cross-training, and performance reviews.
Promote analytical excellence, accountability, and proactive business partnering.
3. Stakeholder Management
Partner with C-suite executives, Managing Directors, and business/function heads.
Translate complex financial analysis into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, HR, payroll, and operations teams.
4. Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasting activities.
Develop and stress-test integrated financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Provide financial analysis for CapEx, restructuring, M&A, market expansion, pricing, and profitability decisions.
5. Oracle ERP & EPM Governance
Act as the business champion for Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM platforms.
Drive data governance, system optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.
Work with IT teams to automate reporting and reduce dependency on manual spreadsheets.
Support development of executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or CA qualification is highly desirable.
9+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic financial planning.
3–4 years of experience in people management, regional delivery, or leadership roles.
Mandatory: Advanced experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM / Hyperion.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Experience in SLA management, service delivery, and executive stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and business partnering skills.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics is an added advantage.
