Job Title : German Language Specialist – Cards Operations
Job Discription :
The German Language Specialist – Cards Operations will be responsible for supporting Cards Operations activities, particularly in the area of Disputes & Collections. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent client communication, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Office tools, experience in MIS reporting, and effective presentation skills. Strong written and verbal German language skills are required for the role, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage operational requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Cards Operations activities related to Disputes & Collections.
Communicate effectively with clients in German, both verbally and in writing.
Perform MIS reporting and maintain accurate operational reports.
Use MS Office tools effectively for day-to-day activities and reporting.
Apply strong analytical thinking to operational requirements.
Maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients and team members.
Meet stringent client deliverables and operational timelines.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations as required.
Support client communication and operational coordination.
Ensure accuracy and quality in assigned Cards Operations activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.
Strong written and verbal German language skills.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Experience with MIS reporting.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
Good interpersonal and client communication skills.
