Team Member – Portuguese Language Expert

Location: Bangalore / Delhi
Experience: 2–8 Years
Shift: Multiple Shifts – Flexible Shift Timings between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary

TCS is hiring Portuguese Language Experts to support business operations involving Portuguese and English language communication. The role involves invoice processing, stakeholder coordination, query resolution, and providing support to Portuguese-speaking clients using SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices received in Portuguese and English and post invoices for approval in SAP.
Support the business in obtaining required approvals for invoice processing.
Examine and resolve invoice-related issues in Portuguese by coordinating with business stakeholders.
Handle emails and tickets raised by the business regarding invoices.
Translate and interpret information for Portuguese-speaking clients.
Respond to queries and provide appropriate support in Portuguese and English.
Maintain accuracy and meet defined process timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Intermediate-level Portuguese language proficiency or Graduation in Portuguese Language.
Ability to translate, interpret, and handle inquiries from Portuguese-speaking clients.
SAP Ariba exposure – Mandatory.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

Accounts Payable (AP) knowledge.
Journal Entry.
Account Reconciliation.
Invoice Processing experience.
Finance & Accounting process knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

2–8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Graduation is compulsory.
Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory.
SAP Ariba exposure is mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working in multiple/flexible shifts.
Current or former TCS / TATA employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for Employee Profile creation.
