We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Vendor Master Lead with expertise in transactional procurement, vendor master management, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and people management skills, with experience in handling procurement operations while ensuring SLA compliance and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage vendor master data and procurement transactions.
Follow up on PO and requisition approvals and ensure timely PO confirmations.
Coordinate with buyers, requesters, and suppliers to resolve procurement queries.
Perform PO amendments and maintain procurement documentation.
Generate standard reports and monitor procurement activities.
Identify exceptions, escalate issues, and ensure SLA/TAT compliance.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate.
5–10 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Master, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
Experience with SAP ERP and procurement processes is preferred.
