Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless system implementations? Join a dynamic organization where you'll lead hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and system migration projects while working with industry-leading hospitality and technology teams.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal business disruption.
Manage hotel onboarding by coordinating with Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee OTA (Online Travel Agency) onboarding and integrations, ensuring timely and accurate go-live.
Monitor revenue performance and key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive presentations to support business decisions.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Track project milestones, manage timelines, identify potential risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, action logs, and status reports.
Drive accountability through proactive follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
What We're Looking For
8–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or Hospitality-related projects.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results on time.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting business and revenue performance data.
Proficiency in creating business reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with hotel systems, OTA platforms, hospitality operations, or distribution channels is a strong advantage.
