Role/Skill: R2R Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore - Global Axis

Band: BPO6

Salary: up to 20 LPA

Shift: 10:30AM to 8:30PM

Specific certification/Degree required: B.com/M.Com/CA/CMA

Must have: R2R team handling of 100+FTEs experience with transformation exposure

Good to have: Overall end to end F&A experience

Core Roles and Responsibilities

1. End-to-End R2R Process Ownership

• Oversee the entire Record to Report cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting and Intercompany.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client policies and SOPs

• Manage 70+ associates at offshore and onshore.

2. Service Delivery Management

• Manage SLAs, KPIs, Business metrics and client expectations.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in day-to-day delivery.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams.

• Communicate effectively on performance, risks, and transformation initiatives.

4. Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with RACM, FMEA, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

• Mitigate risks through robust governance and control frameworks.

Transformation Mindset Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation (RPA, AI, ERP enhancements).

• Standardize processes across geographies and business units. Drive SIPOC across all common activities.

• Drive adhoc journal reduction

2. Digital Enablement

• Drive adoption of Cognix (In house digital Workflow tools) and Oracle Fusion for reconciliations and reporting.

• Leverage analytics for predictive insights and faster close cycles.

3. Change Management

• Lead cultural and operational change for transformation projects.

• Train teams on new technologies and processes.

• Drive digital reskilling through AI led training

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Foster a mindset of innovation—encourage ideas for cost reduction and improved accuracy.

• Benchmark against industry best practices, conduct process maturity assessments and implement them.

5. Strategic Alignment

• Align R2R transformation initiatives with organizational goals (e.g., faster close, real-time reporting).

• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury for integrated finance transformation.

• Drive cost reduction, band-mix improvements and drive onshore to offshore of roles

Key Skills for Transformation-Oriented R2R Manager

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.

• Expertise in automation tools (RPA, AI) and process re-engineering

• Project management and change leadership.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Overall ~10 years of F&A experience, with strong domain expertise in R2R

**Graduation is compulsory**
