Job Title : RTR Tower Lead – Record to Report
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced RTR Tower Lead to lead end-to-end Record to Report operations, service delivery, process governance, people management, transitions, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong Finance & Accounting expertise, leadership experience, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards.
The ideal candidate should have extensive RTR experience with 7+ years in leadership, people management, process management, and transition activities, along with Lean Six Sigma expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the RTR service tower and ensure end-to-end delivery performance.
Lead service delivery in line with SLAs, OLAs, quality, and compliance requirements.
Manage teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and develop talent.
Oversee RTR processes, operational governance, and delivery stability.
Manage major issues, root cause analysis, problem management, and corrective actions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Conduct business reviews, performance reporting, and governance meetings.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, cost optimization, and process transformation.
Lead and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
Manage process transitions and ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
Identify operational risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage resource utilization, costs, and operational budgets.
Collaborate with other service towers to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to stakeholders.
Required Skills
10–15 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR).
7+ years of experience in leadership, people management, process management, and transitions.
Strong Finance & Accounting domain expertise.
Strong knowledge of RTR processes and service delivery management.
Lean Six Sigma certification/formal training; Black Belt preferred.
Proven experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong governance, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under stringent timelines.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Complete preferred.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
ERP certification/proficiency is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
