Job Title: Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A

Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A to join our corporate finance team. The role will be responsible for supporting and driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance reporting, and strategic decision-making activities.

The candidate will be expected to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights, helping business leaders optimize financial performance and make informed operational decisions. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, along with hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP and enterprise performance management tools such as Hyperion.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with financial data management and reporting. Familiarity with Power BI and other data visualization tools will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Perform financial analysis and variance analysis/reporting.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Manage and analyze financial data using Oracle ERP and related planning platforms.
Work with tools such as Hyperion/Oracle EPM and Smart View for planning and reporting activities.
Analyze corporate financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Translate financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Provide strategic financial insights and support business partnering activities.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and management insights.
Collaborate with non-finance stakeholders and effectively communicate financial concepts.
Use advanced MS Excel for financial modeling, formulas, data analysis, and data tables.
Support data visualization and reporting using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge:

4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and planning platforms such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, and Smart View.
Strong understanding of corporate financial statements, accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
