Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sourcing & Procurement Team Leader / SME with strong experience in procurement operations, team leadership, supplier management, governance, process controls and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training and performance management.
Manage daily processes, operational metrics and SLA delivery.
Handle domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on delivery requirements.
Manage and resolve requester/supplier queries and exceptions.
Handle contract and catalog creation, administration and compliance.
Support category teams with spend consolidation and PO reviews.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Establish process controls, quality plans and risk-mitigation initiatives.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure robust governance, controls and compliance.
Required Skills
6–10 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
Prior experience as a Team Leader/SME in Procurement.
Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
Team leadership and people-management skills.
Supplier/customer management experience.
Exposure to Oracle, Coupa and SAP.
Strong MS Office skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Collaboration, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and result-oriented approach.
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Eligibility
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
