Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–15 Years
Role Summary
We are looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead sourcing strategy and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role will focus on leased spaces, facilities services, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and related service providers while ensuring cost efficiency, governance, compliance, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies for real estate and workplace-related spend.
Lead strategic sourcing for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and related services.
Manage supplier identification, RFx events, commercial evaluation, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
Partner with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to define requirements.
Support site selection, lease negotiations, service negotiations, and supplier governance.
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial benchmarks.
Establish supplier performance reviews, SLA governance, and issue-resolution processes.
Drive savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and risk mitigation.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, delegated authority, contract governance, and audit requirements.
Coach team members and support standardization of sourcing processes, templates, and reporting.
