Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)

SSC and above

Minimum 3+ years Team Leader experience in International Sales / Retention / Collections

Strong communication and leadership presence

Experience handling escalation calls and resolving complex customer cases

Proven track record of earning performance-based incentives

Note: Only relevant International Team Leader experience will be considered.

Compensation: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
