1) Team Member – Spanish
Location: Gurgaon
Language Required: Spanish
Experience: 1–3 Years
Band: BPO 1/2
Salary: 6–7 LPA
Job Requirements:
• 100% WFO and 24x7 shifts including night shifts applicable by default
• Excellent verbal and written Spanish & English communication skills
• Prior International Voice experience – B2B/B2C Collections
• Calling for payment on overdue invoices for buckets in scope
• Account maintenance and payment query handling
• Coordination with billing, originations, and other teams
• Payment application and dispute handling
• Invoice reconciliation – Credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO change, adjustments as per scope
• Basic Excel reporting and analysis
• Daily task management as per TCS activities
2) Spanish Language Specialist – Cards Operations (Disputes & Collections)
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Language Required: Spanish
Experience: Up to 10 Years
Band: BPO 2/3/4
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Job Requirements:
• Good analytical thinking and client communication
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
• MIS reporting experience
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to meet stringent client deliverables
• Knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections
• Strong written and verbal Spanish language skills
Graduation is mandatory
