Hiring: Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 3/4
Shift: Flexible to work rotational/night shifts

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field

Must-Have Skills:

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Third-party risk analysis
Supplier/Third-party due diligence
SOC 2 controls and compliance
Risk Management
Experience with ERP and TPRM tools
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

Vendor Management
Vendor Qualification
Legal/Paralegal certification
Knowledge of international contracts and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess third-party risks and conduct impact assessments
Classify third parties into High/Medium/Low risk categories
Conduct third-party due diligence and track risk mitigation activities
Work with leading TPRM tools and maintain risk databases/repositories
Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies
Ensure third parties comply with TPRM requirements and internal policies
Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Prepare reports on due diligence status, risk levels and mitigation plans
Maintain accurate documentation, records and audit trails
Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries
