Job Title: Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety

Location: Kolkata / Mumbai

Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety to lead AI-driven transformation across Trust & Safety operations, including content moderation, data annotation, localization, and AI training data pipelines. The role focuses on building scalable AI-powered operations, improving productivity, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through automation and human-in-the-loop models.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI-led transformation initiatives across Trust & Safety operations.
Design and implement transformation across content moderation, annotation, and localization workflows.
Develop Human-in-the-Loop processes to improve quality and contextual decision-making.
Identify operational inefficiencies and improve SLA, productivity, and quality metrics.
Translate Trust & Safety policies into operational workflows and annotation guidelines.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations, and content standards.
Collaborate with technology teams to improve AI model performance.
Generate insights to improve operational efficiency and AI model accuracy.
Analyze abuse trends, harmful content, and operational risks.
Support solutioning, RFPs, RFIs, and transformation roadmap initiatives.
Present dashboards, recommendations, and transformation insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, or AI Data Operations.
