Lead Global UK Payroll Operations with a High-Performing Team

We're looking for an experienced UK Payroll Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations, vendor governance, client engagement, and large-scale payroll delivery. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in UK Payroll, statutory compliance, payroll operations, stakeholder management, and team leadership, who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

- 12–15 years of experience in Payroll Operations, with mandatory expertise in end-to-end UK Payroll
- Strong experience in Vendor Management, Client Management, Team Leadership, and Payroll Governance
- Hands-on knowledge of UK statutory compliance, HMRC processes, payroll audits, and multi-country payroll environments
- Proven experience managing large payroll teams (50+ members) across multiple locations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility

- Location: Chennai
- Shift: 12:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (must be flexible for rotational/night shifts)
- PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
