Role: FP&A Senior Associate
Experience: 8 years to 12 years
Location: TCS-Chennai
Shift Timing: 3:30 am to 1:30 pm

Education: Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/ CPA highly preferred
Must Have Skills: Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis
Good To have Skills: MS Excel, Good English Communication

Job Description:
- Preparing and assisting in periodic long term and short term budgets and forecasts
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Providing meaningful and detailed insights through commentary of the variances and unusual trends
- Interacting meaningfully with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the reasons for variance and providing the detailed commentary on - variance and unusual trends
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts as well as new projects
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
