Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. This role focuses on engaging developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote electrical product solutions during the project specification stage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure product specifications for new projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Deliver effective sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate to close sales opportunities.
Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma qualification.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Technical Sales.
Experience in project-based industries such as:
Construction
Electrical products
Building materials
Mechanical systems
Water pumps
Water piping
Air conditioning (HVAC)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred to support a diverse customer base.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Must possess own transportation or reside close to the office for convenient commuting.
Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Compensation & Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary with commissions and other benefits.
