About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Balakong, Selangor. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in CNC Press Brake operations and metal fabrication, with the ability to read engineering drawings, maintain precision, and ensure quality production.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC Press Brake machines
Experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry is required
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field
Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Engineering Drawings (Blueprints)
Knowledge of engineering tolerances and precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer)
Strong understanding of CNC machine setup, changeovers, and production processes
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Balakong and transition to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
