Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Initially 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to transition to a 12-hour rotating shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch Machines to produce precision metal components.
Ensure finished products meet specifications using precision measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform operational activities related to CNC punching machines.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Support training activities when required.
Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machines in the metal fabrication industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).
Good understanding of engineering tolerances and precision measurements.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and changeovers for different products and materials.
Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices.
Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
