Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia (Onsite)

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift (including weekends and public holidays)

Salary

Basic Salary: MYR 2,100
Allowance: MYR 700
Total Monthly Package: MYR 2,800

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to support the Singapore E-Hailing market. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide an excellent customer experience while meeting service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

Malaysian citizens only.
Minimum SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to type efficiently.
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 100% accuracy.
Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
