Production Machine Operator
Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Balakong, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate production machines, including extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off units, cutters, and printing machines.
Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure to ensure efficient production.
Feed raw materials into production machines according to production requirements.
Perform online quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications, including dimensions, thickness, markings, colour, and length.
Pack finished products according to production standards.
Identify and resolve minor machine issues during production.
Record hourly production data and machine checklists accurately.
Maintain records of approved and defective products.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production Leader or Technical Manager.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production procedures.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring gauges is an advantage.
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Ability to read, count, and follow work instructions accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work morning and night shifts when required.
Benefits
Transport Allowance: RM 100 – RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidates should be willing to work rotating morning and night shifts based on production requirements.
