Job Description:

We are currently seeking two highly qualified individuals for the position of Senior Associate in our Insurance Operations team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of slip data entry, premium validation, submissions, and related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for those with 1-3 years of insurance experience, particularly in handling multiple classes of specialty business.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Processing:
- Timely and accurate processing of slip data entry, premium validation, and other related tasks.

Team Support:
- Provide support and mentorship to newer team members.

Query Handling:
- Effectively handle queries from onshore teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of insurance operations.

Experience Level:
- Senior Associate: 1-3 years of insurance experience with a focus on processing slips for various classes of specialty business.

Communication Skills:
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication.

Customer Service and Problem-Solving:
- Possess a customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Adaptability:
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
