1-2 yrs Experience Customer Service

For Local Malaysian only with Japanese Language certification JLPTN1 /N2

Skill set Required

Understanding of digital marketing, SEM tools and CRM concepts is an added advantage

•    Able to complete tasks with limited supervision

•    Analytical and logical reasoning skills

•    Attention to detail

•    Email etiquettes    •    Setup campaign, test, execute and optimize

•    Monitor data quality and bring any issues to the campaign manager for resolution

•    Collect data associated with campaign customer interactions

•    Review keyword performance and quality score, click through rates, cost per click, conversation rate, average position, geo-targeting, relevancy of traffic and delivery rate

Area of Responsibility

•    Setup campaign, test, execute and optimize

•    Monitor data quality and bring any issues to the campaign manager for resolution

•    Collect data associated with campaign customer interactions
