Job Overview:
As a beauty advisor, you will create a great experience for customers by offering helpful advice and top-notch service through various channels like live chat, phone, email, web forms, and direct messaging on social media. This will boost loyalty and increase online sales for our product brands.
Responsibilities:
- Able to connect with consumers through different channels (live chat, phone, email, web forms, and direct messaging on social media)
- Answer consumer's intention efficiently
- Provide consumers with accurate product and service information
- Follow guidelines and process to manage each step of conversations with customers
- Alert critical customer complaints to our internal team
- Support the voice of consumer by collecting insights as request by the brand, CMI, digital and E commerce.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Thai
- Customer Obsessed mindset
- Knowledge, and experience with a digital and traditional channels
- Strong product/brand knowledge
- capacity to act & listen with human sensitivity
