About the Role:
Hiring Interpretation Support Associates fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English for a healthcare-based interpretation process. The role involves providing accurate, real-time, over-the-phone consecutive interpretation between doctors and patients based in the US.
The interpreter will support live calls and ensure smooth communication between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking patients. This is a professional interpretation role that requires strong language fluency, active listening, neutrality, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive or urgent healthcare conversations with composure.
