Criteria:
- Prefer Chinese or Indian candidates fluent in Mandarin
- Prefer female candidates; males can be considered
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to travel outstation
- More than 3 years of experience
- Must have own transport
Role Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting our Wiring Devices (PL2), Residential Systems (PL3), Building Systems (PL4), and PVC Conduits and Equipment (PL9) product lines to retailers, contractors, and investors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Acquire deep product knowledge on al products
- Understand customer profiles and buying needs to expand , support and business, providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support
- Prospect new customers and developers through cold-calls and sales visits
- Promote product lines through solid sales presentations and marketing events
- Prepare concept proposals, specifications, quotations, and generate sales turnover according to targets
- Be a trusted partner and support to customers by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support
- Develop a clear understanding of all products and provide training (internal and external) as required
- Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts
- Handle pricing inquiries, follow-up orders, and delivery schedules
- Provide sales reports to the Head of Sales
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, especially in the construction line
- Strong customer focus and advocate of excellent customer service
- Sales-driven to meet business targets and goals
- Ability to provide appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialects
- Possess own transport
- Ready to travel as required within Klang Valley and other places in Peninsular Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in both Mandarin and English are preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers
