Designation: Senior Associate

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 6,000

Education: Graduate from any discipline

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are currently hiring dynamic individuals for the position of Senior Associate with a focus on Bordereaux Management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly those with a background in Claims processing.

Responsibilities:

Bordereaux Management:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Bordereaux management, covering Claims, Premium, Written, and Risk.

Performance Targets:
- Manage daily volumes with a focused approach to achieving process Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.

Experience Level:
- Associate: 0-1 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant Claims processing experience.
- Senior Associate: 2-3 years of overall insurance experience, with at least 1 year of relevant Claims processing experience.

Communication Skills:
- Possess good verbal and written English and Mandarin communication skills.

Customer Service and Problem-Solving:
- Exhibit a customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Attention to Detail:
- Display meticulous attention to detail in managing Bordereaux.

Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless operations.

Adaptability:
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate from any discipline.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from RM 3,000 - RM 6,000.
