Job Title : Senior Software Tester | Mobile & API Testing | QA Engineer | Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications by executing comprehensive testing strategies, validating new product features, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mobile Testing, API Testing, Manual Testing, Test Planning, Defect Management, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Test Automation is an added advantage.

Location: PJ / Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
Conduct Mobile Application Testing across multiple platforms.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
Assist with test automation initiatives and framework maintenance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5–6 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience in Mobile Testing.
Strong experience with API Testing and Postman.
Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, and Test Reporting.
Knowledge of scripting/programming fundamentals.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
