- Must be Topik 6 above Korean / 혹은 반드시 한국인 국적을 소유 하신 분이어야만 합니다. (업무 내용상 간단한 영어도 소통 가능 하셔야 합니다.)
- 소셜미디어 관련 업 지식 혹은 경험이 있거나 고객지원 경험이 있으신 분
- 상황을 빠르게 이해하고 분석 후, 문제 처리 능력이 있으신 분
- 호스피탈리티 업계에서 종사 경험이 있으신 분
- 위의 경력자등과 전혀 무관 하지만, 간단한 의사소통이 영어로 가능하며, 말레이시아 페낭에서 2년이상 종사 근무를 하실 의향이 있으신 분,
