  • Location: Livingston, George Town, Penang

  • Shift: 5 working days (rotational shift)

Your Responsibilities




  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in person).

Requirements




  • Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.

  • Fluent in the required language Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Experienced in technical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs).

  • Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.

  • Self-managing in fast-paced environments.

  • Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.

  • Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure.

  • Accepts feedback, welcomes coaching, and demonstrates growth.

  • Willing to Relocate to Penang

  • Willing to work rotational shift
