Job Details

Location: Livingston Tower, George Town, Penang

Shift: 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm (5 working days)

Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt customer support to the gamers via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.

Analyze and report game's malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

Gather gamer's feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English, and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)

Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field

Passion in Games is preferred (Mobile Game, PC Game, etc)

Willing to work rotational shift

Open to relocating to Penang
