We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and configure CRM applications according to business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, SQL Server, and CRM integrations.

The role requires the ability to work independently, contribute to technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, customize, and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Develop and customize CRM applications based on business and application requirements.
Work with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.
Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to technical problems.
Work independently and develop expertise as a subject matter expert.
Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Work with .NET development and SQL Server.
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CRM modules:
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Field Service
- Customer Insights – Journeys
Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Experience integrating CRM applications with other systems.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with .NET development.
Familiarity with SQL Server.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
Candidates must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Applicants must not be current or former employees of Accenture.
