We’re Hiring: Fraud Supervisor / Senior Analyst – Night Shift (Taguig)

What You’ll Do:

Lead investigations across Account Takeover, First- & Third-Party Fraud, Synthetic Identity Fraud, APP Fraud, Money Mule & New Account Fraud
Conduct in-depth research and provide resolutions to complex fraud cases
Supervise and guide team members, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate documentation and escalate cases beyond your scope
Continuously upskill in fraud detection, investigation, and process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (any course)
3–5 years of fraud experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory roles
Currently based in the Philippines and able to work onsite
QA experience not required (training provided)
