JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent - Telco Account - ResultsCX Cebu City - Up to 25K
Location: Cebu City - Onsite
Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join ResultsCX Cebu for our Telecommunications Account! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives with salary up to PHP 25,000 package depending on your BPO experience. Virtual interview process available.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
PHP 20,000 package for 6 to 23 months BPO experience
PHP 25,000 package for 24 months and up BPO experience

YOUR ROLE:
Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel
Provide troubleshooting and account support
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Achieve KPIs and quality targets
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required
Strong communication skills in English
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
