Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to manage customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and provide prompt support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
College Graduate preferred
At least 1 year of customer service, account management, or BPO experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with strong organizational abilities
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
