HIRING: Creative Content Specialist

EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong City

On-site | Night Shift

₱20,000 – ₱25,000/month

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Content Specialist to join our Global Marketing Shared Services Team. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer who can craft engaging, high-quality content for digital, social media, and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit compelling copy for social media, blogs, ads, and web content.

Create persuasive materials for marketing, recruitment, and engagement campaigns.

Develop captions, carousels, infographics, and email content.

Proofread and edit to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Collaborate with the team to support global and internal communications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2–4 years experience in digital publishing and social media content creation (non-internship).

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience with BPO or global content creation is a plus.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Must not be a former Teleperformance employee (direct or via third party).

Amenable to on-site work in EDSA Greenfield and night shift.
