A Customer Service is expected to:



TELEMARKETING




  • Working on various telemarketing campaigns and calling prospective students

  • Contact individuals/businesses by telephone to promote programs

  • Explain programs and eligibility requirements to potential clients nationally

  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers

  • Provide pricing details (where prospective participant does not meet eligibility requirements)

  • Handle customer questions

  • Obtain customer information including names and addresses



SALES




  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, sending marketing material and information as required

  • Deliver accurate and compliant information, regarding courses and eligibility

  • Ensure all students' registration-funded training meets the eligibility requirements and is compliant and error free

  • Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

  • Overcoming objections by promoting the advantages of the program and its courses

  • Maintain professional, positive and productive relationships with internal and external associates and clients



What it takes to be part of our team:




  • Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales

  • 3 years above Customer Service experience handling International Accounts

  • Experience working as an SME or Team Leader is an advantage

  • Strong relationship-building skills with major customers, clients and government agencies

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and consultation skills

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
