Customer Service Representative (Sunshine Account)

About the Role

Are you ready to bring some warmth and energy to your next career move? We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Sunshine Account! If you have a background in customer service and a knack for auto insurance or driving, we want you on our team.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: At least a High School Graduate.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of BPO Voice experience is required.

Specialized Skill (Any of the following):

Must hold a valid Driver’s License OR Possess at least 1 year of Auto Insurance experience. Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (Minimum B2 CEFR level)
