Qualifications:
- Any 4-year course graduates with or without work experience.
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months of work experience (Customer service experience).
- High School Graduate with 1 yr solid BPO experience.
- Above average English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work in QC or Alabang Site
