Job Opportunity: Customer Success Manager – Japanese



Work Set-up: Work From Home

Salary Package: PHP 145,000 – 150,000

Start Date: 31 July





Language Proficiency





  • Japanese: JLPT N1 (Mandatory – reject if below N1)




  • English: B2 level







Minimum Skill Requirements





  • At least 1–2 years B2B / Account Management experience (Mandatory – reject if no Account Management background)




  • Proven Account Management skills




  • Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web, etc.)




  • Ability to manage accounts independently via video conferencing, emails, etc.




  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)







Key Responsibilities





  • Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients




  • Build strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction




  • Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring needs are met and exceeded




  • Provide solutions and guidance through various communication channels




  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
