Job Title: Mid SharePoint Developer

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000

Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

Experience Required: 3+ years

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a structured, client-facing environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 4+ years Microsoft .NET development

• Experience with .NET 3.5 Framework

• SharePoint 2016/2019 server-side customizations (Custom Web Parts, SOM, custom lists)

• SQL experience (queries, stored procedures, tables)

• 2+ years ALM experience

• SharePoint setup and administration

• Experience with:

– SharePoint Server Subscription Edition

– SharePoint Online

– Power Automate

– Azure

Position Description

The Mid SharePoint Developer will design, develop, implement, and maintain applications. You will work with solution owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, support production, ensure application availability, test, deploy, and maintain documentation while adhering to European time zones. You must uphold high-quality standards and deliver accurate, timely results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow best practices for application delivery

• Handle incidents, change requests, and system updates

• Ensure application uptime and provide support

• Gather requirements with application owners

• Estimate, test, and deploy across environments

• Maintain up-to-date documentation

• Work on European timezone schedule

• Communicate confidently with onshore clients

• Maintain high development and support standards

Required Qualifications

• Client-side development: JSOM, REST, CSR, SP Designer workflows (2010/2013), HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript

• Bootstrap and AngularJS

• SharePoint Online

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• ITIL Foundation certification

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues

• Experience in structured, process-oriented environments

• Knowledge of Miro or Visio

• Experience customizing SharePoint navigation, themes, and styling

• Experience with API consumption (XML/JSON)

• ALM tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, SQL Management Studio, GitHub

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/Subscription client-side customizations (JSOM, REST, CSR, workflows, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JS)
