Responsibilities:

Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in both Thai and English.
Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, and product inquiries while delivering a seamless experience.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse customer bases across regions.
Accurately document customer interactions and case updates using internal CRM tools.
Consistently meet performance targets across quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:
Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English (capable of handling professional, business-level discussions).
Open to all experience levels, prior BPO, Collections, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a strong advantage.
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines (Filipino citizens, valid working visa holders, or Temporary Resident Visa holders are welcome to apply).
