Director Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management)
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee end-to-end service delivery, client engagement, operational excellence, and business growth within the Canadian Wealth Management portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, driving profitability, operational efficiency, transformation initiatives, and long-term business success.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Business, Finance, or Management are an advantage)
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in BPO, consulting delivery, operations leadership, or a related field
- Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management, including:
- Investment Operations
- Portfolio Administration
- Client Servicing
- Regulatory Reporting
- Strong knowledge of:
- Canadian financial regulations
- Wealth management platforms
- Canadian market practices
- Proven experience managing North American clients, preferably in a multi-country delivery environment
- Stable employment history (not a job hopper)
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders
- Support strategic account planning and client development initiatives
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to winning new business
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning delivery solutions with client objectives
Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead portfolio-wide service delivery and ensure SLA achievement
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimization
- Manage forecasting, performance reporting, and resource allocation
- Champion automation, innovation, and transformation initiatives
Financial Management
- Own and manage the portfolio's P&L
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization
- Develop commercially competitive solutions and client proposals
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Leadership & Talent Management
- Lead and develop managers and senior team members
- Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development
- Implement talent management strategies to improve retention and performance
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Canadian regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards in risk management, data privacy, and governance
