Job Description:
• Should have experience/familiar with managing New logo’s/New businesses and track their financial performance
• Provides recommendations and suggestion on the current state of New biz budget
• Has experience/previous interaction with Business development/Sales/Client Services team in managing and tracking new business
• Knowledge in pricing is a plus
• Should have worked previously with operations in managing Financials
• Over-all POC for tracking new business pipeline opportunities for Philippines geo
• Coordinate with Business Development team and Operations to keep track of status on all new business opportunities
• Submit timely periodic reports
• Provide management recommendations to improve financial management and internal controls related to new business
Required Skills:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably supervisor / 5 yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• BPO industry is a must (non-negotiable- as finance). Reject those candidates who don’t have bpo experience
• CPA certification is advantageous
