We are currently hiring for a health care support associate. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and patient support in a healthcare setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound patient calls
- Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, and service support
- Provide accurate information based on healthcare processes and guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation of patient interactions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
- Support overall patient satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications:
- Must have 0–2 years BPO experience only
- Candidates with more than 2 years BPO experience will not be considered
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in any local or international voice account
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service and patient care mindset
- Must be comfortable handling calls
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City
- Age requirement: up to 50 years old
